Making changes to your flight
Date changes
You can change the date of your flight up to one hour prior the scheduled departure time of your flight provided that you have not yet checked in for your flight.
Changes are subject to a standard changing fee per person and per flight leg, in addition to any possible airfare difference between selected dates. If the flight you change to is cheaper, we will not refund the difference.
Your seat will transfer from your old flight to your new flight as long as it is available and your booking number will stay the same, however, you will get a new confirmation message with updated flight information. Note that it is not possible to change the second leg of the booking to a date that precedes the first leg of the booking.
If you want to change the date of your flight, log into your MyPLAY account on our website and make the changes there.
You go to My bookings - manage booking - change flight and there you can make the changes. Note that the changes will not be finalized until the payment for the change has been completed.

Destination changes
You can change the departure or arrival airport up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled flight. Please note that departure or arrival destinations cannot be changed from one continent to another, i.e. if your flight is booked from an airport in Europe to an airport in North America, the departure airport can only be changed to another airport in Europe and/or to another arrival airport in North America. Direct flights cannot be changed to connecting flights and vice versa, e.g. a flight from New York to Paris via Iceland cannot be changed to a direct flight from New York to Iceland.
All changes are subject to a standard changing fee per person and per flight leg, in addition to any possible airfare difference and a service fee.

Name changes and name corrections
If you or someone in your travel group cannot travel, you can change the passenger in a booking. The price for the name change is a name change fee charged per flight leg plus service fee.
Please note that if you have booked a round trip flight and flown the outbound flight or did not use the outbound flight in a booking, it is not possible to change the passenger for the return flight. A name change has to be done for the entire ticket of a passenger.
We do however allow name corrections of 2-3 letters free of charge. If more letters need to be corrected, we charge a service fee. Please note that your ticket must match your passport exactly. It is not possible to make adjustments after you have checked in online.
Please note that this change is not available via MyPLAY so you will need to contact our Service Team to finalize this change.
