2. Molotow
If you’re looking for a superb underground club, look no further than Molotow. Famous for its excellent indie rock, unforgettable parties, and post-rock concerts, Molotow is a great place to dance the night away. Many legendary bands, including the White Stripes, The Killers, The Hives, and Mando Diao, played in Molotow before gaining global success.
The Molotow found a new home recently after circumstances forced it to move several times. Now, you’ll find it in the west end of Reeperbahn, offering guests three floors of fun in the club, the Karatekeller, and the SkyBar.

3. Grosse Freiheit 36

They had one goal: to earn money from playing live music and have a great time. That’s precisely what they did; they truly mastered their craft in this city and played in this club many times.

4. Moondoo
Moondoo is the best place to party if you want to dance in style. The elegant, chic nightclub is similar to the New York nightclub era because it offers an eclectic mix of soul, funk, disco, soul, and electronic beats. You’ll often find famous DJs spinning their plates on the upper floor.
Whereas on the lower floor, you’ll find a more hip, underground vibe. If you love indie music, visit Moondoo on Fridays because it’ll feature alternative music with special guest DJs. 5. Docks
The St. Pauli District is one of Hamburg’s best nightlife areas, and the DocksLink opens in a new tab is the main establishment. Situated on the Spielbudenplatz, the Docks has hosted up to 1,500 music fans since 1988. The club plays techno, house, and electronica until the early hours.

If you enjoy listening to RnB, electronica, or hip-hop, you’ll love MojoLink opens in a new tab, one of the most popular clubs in Germany. The club is notorious for its soul, dance, jazz, and electronic music. It reopened in 2013 after being closed for over ten years.
The spectacular club entrance, including two futuristic gates that lift from the ground, gives the nightclub a luxurious vibe. The local DJs continue to play the beats that made the club famous on the underground dance floor.
