Why should I buy Flight flexibility?

With Flight flexibility, you can change your flight dates once without paying the date change fee. Airfare difference, if applicable, is charged. Making travel plans can be a complex task and if you think something might change down the line, this is a great option. Flight flexibility is included in our PLAY flex airfare but you can also add it to PLAY basic or PLAY value. Buying Flight flexibility is always cheaper than paying the change fees to change the dates of an existing booking.

Note that Flight flexibility covers the change fee for changing dates but a change fee is always charged for name changes.

Date changes are possible up until 1 hour prior to the flight. To make date changes, please sign in to your MyPLAY account. Go to My bookings and click on Manage booking. From there you click on Change flight to change your booking.

With Flight flexibility, the following terms apply when it comes to differences in airfare:

• The new flight is more expensive: You pay the airfare difference.
• The new flight costs the same: You pay nothing.
• The new flight is less expensive: Airfare difference is never refunded.

If you have a reserved seat, your seat will transfer from your old flight to your new flight as long as it is available. Your booking number will stay the same, but you will get a new confirmation message with updated flight information.

Flight flexibility can only be purchased at the time of booking and is nonrefundable, not changeable, and not transferable.
