Our key efforts aim to minimize all touchpoints and physical contact while providing a seamless and good service to our passengers.

Boarding

In preparation for boarding the aircraft, all passengers are required to have all documents ready and open for verification.

We ask our passengers to hold their passports/travel documents and boarding pass in such a manner it can be viewed by our agents, to ensure a contactless experience.

If our staff needs to handle your passport/travel documents, the contact will be minimal and hand sanitisers made available. All of the procedures at the airport are designed to be contactless but we will always assist passengers in need of assistance and rely on the help of our passengers to ensure each other's safety.

We recommend washing hands with soap and using a hand sanitizer after going through common areas and touchpoints.

Carry-on baggage

We recommend traveling as light as possible and checking in your baggage.

Please note that stowing carry-on baggage in the overhead lockers is the responsibility of the passenger. Due to COVID-19 social distancing protocols, our cabin crew limits all contact with the personal belongings of our passengers.
