I forgot something on board

We are sorry to hear that you forgot something on board. It happens and that's why we have a lost and found procedure.

The lost & found procedure

All items except passports found on board PLAY aircraft are taken back to KEF airport and handed over to Securitas at the airport. They register the item into their database and customers can access that database to search for their items here: http://www.missingx.com. Securitas is entirely in charge of locating your item and delivering it back to you, so we ask you to contact lostproperty@securitas.is or via phone 425-6483 if you have any further questions.

If your item is not in the online database it means that it has not yet been found.

Once you have located your item in their system you must fill out a form online. Please note that if you want the item to be sent to you, it will come at your own cost.

The Securitas Lost & Found office can be found in the basement at KEF Airport under Joe and the Juice and is open from 08:00-16:00 PM local time Iceland, 7 days a week.

Please note that PLAY does not take any responsibility for carry-on bags. It is always the owner’s responsibility to take care of their carry-on baggage.

Lost passport?

Lost passports are handed over to the local police. We ask you to contact the police at your arrival destination if you forgot your passport on board.
