I have allergies, can I fly with PLAY?

We will do our very best to help but please note we can never guarantee a completely nut or allergen-free environment on board

Flying with allergies

Pro tip: We recommend you bring your allergy medicine on board and store it in an easy-to-access place in your carry-on baggage.

Passengers that have nut allergies are asked to inform both ground crew and cabin crew while boarding the aircraft. We will then make an announcement on board informing other passengers not to use any products that may include peanuts. Regardless, we cannot guarantee a peanut-free environment on board and cannot guarantee that traces of nuts will not be found in our meals, snacks or anywhere else on the aircraft.

Medication in carry-on baggage

Passengers can take prescription medication required for the duration of the flight with them on board in their carry-on baggage. The medication needs to be carefully labeled.

Our cabin crew is unable to administer personal medication to passengers. We are not able to store or cool medicine on board.
