All travelers are responsible for adhering to current restrictions and entry requirements of the country they are traveling to and to obtain all relevant travel documents. All passengers are asked to arrive at the airport in a timely manner and have their documents ready for inspection. Our agents will verify all COVID-19 documents at the help desk before passengers proceed through security screening. All passengers are responsible for obtaining relevant COVID-19 authorizations for their destination country.
PLAY is not responsible for the denial of entry into the destination country should passengers fail to present a negative COVID-19 test, a valid vaccination certificate or any other documents the destination country may require. Passengers travel at their own risk and are responsible for adhering to domestic quarantine & isolation rules at their destination and any fines related to violation of those rules.
