Cancellations and Changes
General information about cancellations
PLAY does not refund flight tickets unless Cancellation Protection was purchased for the booking and relevant conditions are met. The Cancellation Protection can only be purchased at the time of booking, i.e. it cannot be added to the booking afterwards.

General information about changes
We understand that plans can change, which is why we offer changes to flight dates, destination changes and name changes.
Date changes can be made up to one hour prior to the scheduled time of departure and destination changes can be made up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of departure.
