Seat Selection
Do you want to make sure you and your travel buddies sit together?
Seat selection can be purchased at the time of booking, in MyPLAY or when checking in online. If you do not reserve a seat then you will receive a random seat assigned to you when checking in.
Extra Legroom Seats
Looking for extra legroom to stretch out your travel-weary legs? We offer seats with extra legroom, with up to 35 inches between rows. You can select a seat at the front of the plane, by the emergency exit or a space seat.
Please note that passengers seated by the emergency exit row must meet the following conditions:
- Must be 12 years old or older
- Must be willing and able to assist in case of an emergency
- Must understand instructions in English
- Cannot be pregnant
- Cannot be passengers that require seatbelt extensions
Space Seats
Space seats are aisle or window seats on selected flights at the front of the aircraft without a neighbor. The middle seat is blocked with a comfortable side table for your convenience, meaning you get more space for your things.
They are moderately priced so getting a bit of extra comfort for your convenience during the flight is an affordable and easy choice.
Terms and conditions
We will endeavour to honour advance seating requests. However, we cannot guarantee any particular seat, for example a window seat, middle seat or an aisle seat. We reserve the right to assign or reassign seats at any time. This may be necessary for operational, safety or security reasons. If we need to change your seat, we will always attempt to assign you a seat of equal category.
Charges for seat reservation are non-refundable unless an alternative suitable seat cannot be allocated.
Please note that we reserve the right to move passengers seated by the emergency exits to another seat if they do not meet the requirements listed above.
