Can I take my CPAP or POC machine on board?
Yes, absolutely!
CPAP machine
If necessary for you during your flight, you can take your CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) machine with you on board. This is in addition to your cabin baggage allowance and free of charge.
You do not need to notify us about the machine prior to your flight.
POC - Portable Oxygen Concentrator
Passengers can take a Portable Oxygen Concentrator (POC) on board in carry-on baggage if it is essential to them due to medical reasons. Please note that the machine must fit under the seat in front of you. We need to be notified at least 48 hours prior to the flight so that we can add an SSR (POC) to the booking. Passengers are advised to send us an email at [email protected]Link opens in a new tab with the model and type of their POC. This is in addition to your cabin baggage allowance and free of charge.

Passengers should have a sufficient number of fully charged batteries for their medical equipment to cover the duration of the flight and possible delays. A maximum of 2 batteries are permitted in carry-on baggage and these must be individually protected to prevent short circuits. Battery terminals must be either recessed or packed to prevent contact with metal objects, including terminals (chargers) or other batteries.
Please note that due to security reasons breathing aids containing compressed gas or liquid oxygen are not permitted onboard.
