How do I request wheelchair assistance at the airport?

Please note that it is in your best interest to let us know at least 48 hours before your flight to prevent delays on the service.

If you require assistance at the airport, kindly let us know what kind of assistance you may require. You can do that during the booking process on the website, or you can sign in to your MyPLAY account after booking and add the service there.

WCHR (Wheelchair to Ramp)

Passenger requires a wheelchair to move the distance to and from the aircraft and entrance, but can ascend/descend steps and is able to move to and from the cabin seat.

WCHS (Wheelchair to Steps)

Passenger requires a wheelchair to move the distance to and from the aircraft entrance, is unable to ascend/descend steps and must be carried up to/from the aircraft. The passenger is, however, able to move to and from the cabin seat.

WCHC (Wheelchair to Seat)

Passenger is completely immobile. Requires a wheelchair to/from aircraft/mobile lounge and must be carried up/down steps and to/from cabin seat.
