We ask that you inform us no later than 48 hours before your flight if you require any special assistance at the airport or are bringing any medical devices/assistant devices onboard your flight.
You can choose the DEAF service in the booking process on our website under Special assistance or add it through your MyPLAY account after you have booked your flight. The DEAF service is free of charge. Priority boarding is included in the DEAF service.
