How do I file a claim?
You fill out the required information and our legal department will contact you asap!
We work in accordance with EU regulation no. 261/2004 when handling claims. If your flight was canceled or heavily delayed, we ask that you file a claim here so our legal department can take a closer look at your case. After they have reviewed it, they will contact you via email with further information.
Please note that our customer service department does not oversee claims and will not be able to answer any claim-related questions you might have.
