How does the liquid ban work?
It's important to stay hydrated, but wait until after your security screening
The liquid ban
You are not allowed to bring liquid containers in your carry-on bag that are more than 100 ml each. But wait, there's more!
The items that you do bring must all fit in a 1-liter resealable plastic bag (one bag per person). Please note that you must remove the bag from your cabin bag and have it screened separately.
Exceptions are made for:
- Baby food and milk/formula/juice
- All prescriptions and regular medication that is essential during the flight. We recommend that you carry a prescription or a doctor's certificate in English if needed at the security screening.
- Special dietary requirements. We recommend that you carry a prescription or a doctor's certificate in English if needed at the security screening.
Prescription medicine can be brought through security if it includes the pharmacy labels.
